Yes. We submit claims to your insurance on your behalf. You are responsible for any applicable copays, deductibles, or coinsurance at the time of service.

Do you offer sliding-scale or reduced fees?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and cash. Payment is collected at the time of service for self-pay patients.
